Small Bore trombone

Hello folks;  I purchased a trombone mouthpiece from Giddings and Webster.  It arrived today, Mon. , and I say to you all, "WOW".  The steel makes such a difference that I may retire all of my brass mouthpieces.  After extensive study of all offerings, I chose the Barber model.  Great choice!  The sound is fantastic with seemingly less effort needed.  The service was excellent,and when I called, Ivan himself answered the phone.  The mouthpiece was shipped in a beautiful protective pouch inside of a pouch with the G & W logo. I am extremely well pleased with my purchase. And now, a little about me:  I am 53 years old and began playing trombone at age 49: not a pro by any means, but it has become the love of my life and I try to play every day. I've experimented with several mouthpieces searching for just the right thing, and although one may need different for varied settings, i.e. lead, choir, orchestra, etc, I may have found my piece.
